How the withdrawal works

Please send the goods without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from today to the address below. Please add a note with your order number.

Cost of the return

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You can send them with a carrier of your choice or ask us for a DPD return label (€12.00, offset against the refund) – write to kundenservice@komfortkissen.de. If the goods are defective or we made a mistake, we pay for the return.

Refund

We refund your payment at the latest 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, to the same means of payment – the outbound delivery cost only if you withdraw from the whole order. We may withhold the refund until the goods are back with us or you prove that you have sent them.
